Lee is a long-time Denver Attorney, currently doing freelance legal work. Previously, he served for 16 years as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of ANGI Homeservices, Inc. (owner of HomeAdvisor and Angie’s List). Prior to ANGI, Lee served as General Counsel for an online education platform and a laser vision correction company. He also was an associate at the law firms of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrision, and Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll. Lee is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and received his law degree from the University of Colorado. He enjoys hiking and skiing in the mountains of Colorado with his wife Susie, a long-time elementary school teacher in Jeffco, his two boys who are students at the University of Vermont and the University of Oregon, and his faithful Golden Retriever, Moose.
