Urban Land Conservancy has found that the current method of funding facilities for charter schools in Colorado is spotty at best. But it needn’t be this way. In fact, funders and charter school advocates have been working for some time on creation of a more cohesive system that, while it wouldn’t completely solve the problem, would certainly lift some of the financial and logistical burden off charter school operators
